Buyers will have the option to make their units available for rent through MGallery, a five-star hotel, which is part of the Accor Group. The owner will be entitled to use the unit for 45 days per annum. The owner can utilize those days at any time of the year. However, the number of days used forfeited per stay will depend on the time of the year when the visit takes place.
