Pulse is led by a team of Europeans who have been living and working in Phuket since their early twenties who bring vast knowledge of local language, culture, business practices and property to the benefit of clients. As a multi-award winning agency, we are dedicated to our singular mission to serve our clients to the best of our abilities.

Phuket is an attractive place in which to live and invest and through experience we understand that each person's situation is different with a unique set of circumstances. We aim to take the time to fully understand each clients' unique situation to enable us to drill down to exact requirements.

We also understand that for most people investing in Thailand often involves entering a new property market. We aim to bridge this information gap by providing a section on our website as a dedicated free information resource of property market knowledge.

Pulse Real Estate is specialized in all aspects of investing and owning property in Phuket but we can also advise on business set up, business related services such as loans, accounting and tax, visas and work permits.
