Who we are

Alex is from the UK and our Managing Director, overseeing the business, managing the sales team, and also taking on clients himself. Alex is also a fluent Thai speaker, who has been living and working in Thailand for almost two decades.

Waraporn (nickname Nuch) is fully bi-lingual and a graduate of Phuket’s Prince of Songkhla University. Her organizational skills are put to good use in her role as office manager with duties including accounting, office management and human resources.

Eric is from Minnesota (US), and has been in Thailand since 2004 and a resident of Phuket since 2007. Eric speaks Thai, and his local knowledge, as well as his attention to detail, makes him an ideal consultant for anyone looking to purchase property in Phuket.

Lauren has been involved in brokering property in Phuket for more than a decade. Reliable and well-informed she has a reputation for going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. Lauren is available to guide clients through every step of the purchasing process and beyond.

David has vast property experience and a reputation for honesty and always giving candid advice, taking pleasure in finding the right properties for his clients. More than two decades of property experience makes Ian a veteran of luxury real estate in Phuket. He brings insider Phuket knowledge, techniques and know-how to the table - helping clients to secure property in the most efficient way possible.

Nicha is mainly handling the local market, and is also working with Pulse Real Estate on high-end rental properties, mostly in the upscale Bangtao/Laguna area of Phuket.

Mikael joined the Pulse Real Estate team in 2017 as our Online Marketing Manager. He is also managing the website and makes sure the information of our property listings are up to date.
