Rental Management

The developer offers buyers the possibility of obtaining a guaranteed income for the next 30 years through the lease back formula. In order to enter the rental program with guaranteed income, it is necessary to comply with the standards set by the management company (in this case, therefore, customizations or modifications of furnishings and finishes are permitted, if authorized by the rental company) and to register the lease back contract with the Land Registry office. Owners who enroll in this program can use their property for up to 30 days a year in selected periods.
