Himmapana Villas

Himmapana Villas is designed as a small luxury community located in one of the absolute best locations on the island with Kamala Beach just a short drive away.

The community consists of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom private luxury pool villas overlooking the grand Kamala mountains and Kamala Beach. The remaining available villas offer private parking and a mix of mountain views and garden views.

The 2 bedroom villas have 211 sqm built up area. The standard furniture package for 2 bedroom units costs 1,000,000 THB. The full furniture package costs 1,300,000 THB.

The villas have been designed in a modern tropical design with a Scandinavian touch using bright colors and open areas. the transitions between the indoor and outdoor areas create a unique connection between the surrounding nature and the villas which can be purchased for both investments including guaranteed rental returns and for residential purposes.

The master plan has been designed in a western community style. the location of all villas has been placed to optimize the view and usage of the land plots. with fences and security guards the community offers full privacy and safety. the reception/management office on-site ensures full service for all villas.

Rental Program

The standard rental program does not have a guaranteed return. instead, the rental income is split between the owner and the management company. There is no limit to the number of days the owner can stay in their villa.
